The Eagles celebrated National School Counseling Week and showed their appreciation for Ms. Arcieri's dedication to making South a better place for staff and students.  This year's theme was: School Counseling: Helping Students Thrive. Ms. Arcieri has done so many wonderful things to help students thrive since beginning her role at South Hunterdon Middle School.

Thank you, Ms. Arcieri for everything you do!

Ms. Wesner's 5th and 6th grade students have been working hard on their multiplication ice cream sundaes!

For each multiplication fact test memorized and passed, students earn a piece of their sundae. Students start with an empty bowl and at their own pace they work their way up to a cherry on top of a loaded sundae! We began this project in November and by May all students with a full sundae earn an invitation to the ice cream party!

By this point in the year, all students have earned their bowls, bananas, spoons, and first ice cream scoop (0-4x's). We even have some students that have finished! Studying and memorizing our math facts has been pretty "sweet," and we can't wait to celebrate all our hard work!

Arden Theatre Company

5th Graders traveled to Arden Theatre in Philadelphia to see Peter Pan. The Eagles enjoyed their trip being whisked away to an adventure to Neverland.

Since 1988, the Arden's mission has been to showcase great stories by great storytellers. Through educational programming and the children's theatre, Arden celebrates the imagination and creativity of young minds and personalities.

Thousands of students come to the Arden each year, some for their very first theatrical experience. With each opportunity, the Arden believes in the power of the arts to shape children's lives.
